Click the profile icon and select Register, choose Farmer or Trader, fill in your details and confirm the verification link sent to your email address.
Farmers list produce, an agent inspects it and sets the base price, then traders place bids in a live auction. The highest bid at close wins the lot.
Payments are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed. You can pay by UPI, card or net banking, and the amount is released to the farmer once delivery is completed.
Open My Orders from the profile menu and select an order to see live delivery updates posted by the assigned agent.
Traders add a valid trading licence number with its expiry date in their profile. An admin reviews it before trading is enabled.
Raise a support ticket with your order ID. Refunds are processed after an admin reviews the delivery proof and resolves the dispute.
